NSS Logistics module from NAVISYS s.r.o. extends the Warehouse module in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system with a whole range of advanced functionalities. Thanks to them, the automation of warehouse processes is deepened, the process of receiving items into the warehouse is accelerated and the work with warehouse documents is made more efficient.

One of the main innovations is the introduction of the so-called “Pre put-away process”. This is a process where the warehouse worker puts all the items from the car into the warehouse into one designated place - the Receipt Bin. Subsequently, the items from the receipt bin are stored in the warehouse bin with the help of the Put-away document. The configuration of this function is done on the location card and is applied to the warehouse recipient. The number of items received from the supplier to the warehouse is subsequently recorded on the receipt lines.

New features include automatic addition of dates to warehouse documents, automatic deletion of warehouse documents after posting, and prefilling of quantities on warehouse documents when they are created - everything can be set in Warehouse settings.

It is also possible to use an automatic register put-away and a whole range of newly added fields for warehouse documents.
