book functionality provides the following features and benefits:

Financial Registry Book documents
Data entry is enabled in the following
tab:

General
Contains basic information (Registry
Book Number, Date, Document Type, Document Date, Document Forwarded, Vendor
No., Amount, VAT Amount, Currency Code, Due Date…). Document Forwarded
specifies which employee is responsible for the registry book.
It is possible to choose between two types of documents: Invoice and Credit
Memo.
After entering basic information, it is necessary to change the status to Forwarded
to Users.
It is possible to select and link a Financial Registry Book on Purchase Invoices and Credit Memos. After selecting the registry book number, the Related Document No. is updated in the General Fast Tab on the Financial Registry Book document.
When a Purchase Invoice or Credit Memo is posted, the Posted Related Document No. is updated in the General Fast Tab on the Financial Registry Book document.
