This app provides ability to track transaction of letters of guarantee in the chart of accounts

In English
With the Guarantee Management application, letters of guarantee received or given from customers and vendors can be managed in 900 off-balance accounts in the chart of accounts.

All guarantees received or given can be registered to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as a guarantee card, the status of guarantees can be monitored, and notifications can be sent to users with warning messages when the return dates are reached. In this way, users are provided with quick access to information on all guarantees.

The Guarantee Management application facilitates the follow-up of guarantees that need to be returned, by quickly reporting the status of the guarantees.

The movements of the guarantee cards are recorded and the accounting records of each transaction are automatically performed.

Supported editions:
This app supports both the Essential and Premium editions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Supported Countries:
All countries where Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is available.
Supported Languages:
The app is available in English(United States) and Turkish (Turkey)

Teminat Yönetimi uygulaması ile müşteri ve satıcılardan alınan veya verilen teminat mektupları tek düzen hesap planında yer alan 900'lü nazım hesaplarda yönetilebilir.

Alınan veya verilen tüm teminatlar, teminat kartı olarak Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central'a kayıt edilebilir, teminatların durumları izlenebilir, iade tarihleri geldiğinde uyarı mesajları ile kullanıcılara bildirimler gönderilebilir. Bu sayede kullanıcıların tüm teminatlara ait bilgilere hızlıca ulaşmaları sağlanmış olur.

Teminat uygulaması, teminatların hangi durumda olduklarını hızlıca raporlayarak, iade alınması gereken teminatların takibini kolaylaştırmaktadır.

Teminat kartlarının hareketleri kayıt altına alınarak, her işlemin muhasebe kayıtları da otomatik olarak gerçekleştirilir.
