Gift Card Connect is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central App. It integrates multiple Gift Card Service Providers with Business Central providing an end-to-end automated solution for the Order to Cash process. The solution supports multiple Gift Card Providers including AwardIT/Retain24 and Gifted.

Features:
  • Create, update, cancel and activate/redeem gift cards from within Business Central
  • Handle Gift card transactions from ecommerce sites as well as in-store purchases
  • Add multiple gift card payments to one Sales Order
  • Use Gift cards as all or part of the payment
  • Works in tandem with PSP Connect to give the User the ability to prioritize which payment method should be refunded (e.g. refund the gift card before refunding the Payment Service Provider)
