Support for the Dutch Sequential Liability Act (In Dutch: “Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid” in short WKA)

Expands the standard functionality for the purchasing of hired labor to comply with the Dutch Sequential Liability Act.
It enables you to process purchase invoices that require two payments: a percentage to the normal vendor bank account and a percentage to the so called G-bank account of the vendor.
A default percentage for dividing the invoice amounts over the two bank accounts can be set up per vendor.
