This extension contains modifications to the standard solution to enable enhancements on for Quality Management in Business Central.

It includes a complete quality process flow within Business Central that prevent the usage of items that doesn’t comply with set standards.
- Create different tests (Quality Templates) with various types of measurements – each with its own range of limitations.
- Each item can be assigned a quality test that needs to be performed before the item can be used.
- Depending on the outcome of the test, a status on the item ledger entry will allow/prevent the usage of the item.
- Failed items can still be returned to supplier/disposed of.
- A quality test (Quality Document) can automatically be created when a new item ledger entry is created (either via purchase receipt/positive adjustment/output)
- The results of various samples can be entered into the Quality Document
- Applying the results will determine if one or more of the samples pass the test whereafter the item will be available for use.
- A Certificate of analysis (COA) can be printed.
