Enables companies in the group to share inventory availability and customer balances overviews

Item availability
With Intercompany Insights, groups of companies can optimize item availability, by reducing slow-moving inventory quantities. In different documents in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you can use fields, actions and FactBoxes to view information on the availability of items in other companies within the group. Inventory availability in different companies and locations can be also displayed in a matrix.
You can check inventory availability per item or item variant in the companies selected. In addition, the app enables you to view item quantity on sales, purchase and manufacturing documents. Inventory availability information can be displayed from sales and purchase documents and in the inventory journal.

Receivables
When working with customer balances, you can exclude customer transactions with outstanding payments to other companies in the group. Analogically to the inventory availability feature, while working with multiple documents, the user can view customer balances in other companies both in FactBoxes and the matrix.


Company Setup

Each company in the group can decide which data is to be shared with other subsidiaries and which data is to be available in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
