E-faktura Integration for Bulgaria

E-faktura Integration is an extension to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. It extracts predefined fields from sales and service documents and generates XML files that meet E-faktura’s technical requirements.

E-faktura is the biggest platform for electronic invoicing in Bulgaria developed by BORICA. With E-faktura businesses operating in Bulgaria can exchange electronically documents in XML-structured format.

E-faktura Integration application is designed to facilitate the work of your accounting department that uses the E-faktura platform for electronic invoicing. It automates the process and eliminates the daily repetitive tasks by providing bulk documents exports to XML files.

How does the process work? The solution enables the export of sales and service invoices, debit, and credit notes generated in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system into E-faktura ready XML files. The export is based on predefined templates for each type of document. The application’s templates setup process is easy, flexible, and intuitive. The generated XML files are saved in a preferred location and afterwards uploaded to the E-faktura platform.

Supported electronic document types: sales and service invoice, debit memo (debit note), credit memo (credit note).
