Workflow is the add-on that allows you to manage status transactions and approvals.

Designed specifically on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to manage status transactions, approvals and any automation or process blocks.

Workflow is part of Horsa Foundation Stack APPs.

Main features:
  • Definition of entities status and rules for transitions
  • Authorizations with relative sending mail to the recipient
  • Management blocks in case of workflow status not authorized to the management progress
  • Manage status transitions for individual users or user groups.

License Required

Some functions require a valid Horsa License (subscription – contact Horsa – not for free).

This app supports both the Essential and Premium editions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
