The App allows you to effortlessly track any loans given, while also providing the ability to print out loan documents for lenders.
The app enables you to effortlessly track any given loans while also providing the ability to print out loan documents for lenders. For every loan, it's important to monitor the items and who they were given to. To achieve this, the app establishes connections between Bins and Customer, Vendor, Contact, or Employee cards. This facilitates the seamless transfer of items within these bins, maintaining a comprehensive record of the items issued and associated details.
While the standard functionality confines the use of Bins to specific Locations, our application directly links a Bin to a Customer, Vendor, Contact, or Employee to whom the Inventory was lent. All you need to do is create a bin assigned to them.
By gathering information from the Bin, its associated Customer, Vendor, Contact, or Employee, along with the items loaned through the Transfer Order, you can effortlessly generate the necessary documentation.
