On top of the standard Go4TMS functionality, this Go4TMS - Groupage & Distribution Transport app adds specific functionality for distribution transport:

• Manage specific order information for groupage & distribution orders: Goods information like quantity of goods, type of packaging (pallet, colli, box, ...), weight of the goods, dimensions of the goods (length x width x height), number of pallet places and loading meters, dangerous goods or temperature controlled goods, etc.
  
• Register all the actions required for a groupage & distribution transport: loading address, delivery address, warehouse address where goods will be cross-docked or where groupage orders will be created, opening hours of each loading/delivery address, specific loading/unloading references, etc.

• Grouping of distribution orders in a trip for a truck and driver

• Visualize the delivery route on a map to rearrange the stops in a logical orders

• Get alerts when a truck would be overloaded by performing checks on the maximum number of palletplaces or loading meters the truck can handle

• Follow up the status of the collections and deliveries of the orders and of the different cargo

• Use barcodes on the goods to allow scanning through either a Transport App or a Cross-dock Scanning (requires our additional Cross-dock app)

• Track the status of each cargo that needs to be transported (physical status of the goods, transport status of the goods, warehouse status of the goods)
