  • Crew Planning and Recruitment Stage Tracking. Crew Planner helps the user perform a long-term or short-term planning. Ability to make a planned voyage to actual.
  • Location Movements such as: On board, leave and travel.
  • Performance Appraisals. Ability to create a customized appraisal report, per Rank.
  • Customize the workflow followed for the Seaman Appraisal Reports onboard. Define the Rank(s) capable of performing an evaluation for other Ranks.
  • Customize the workflow followed for the Seaman Appraisal Reports ashore. Define different departments ashore that can perform an evaluation according to certain evaluation criteria per department.
  • Document Scanning and Management. Full control of Seaman Documents & Certifications about to expire.
  • Customized Document Checklist per vessel type & flag, notifying the user upon embarkation of a Seaman for Documents or Certificates that will be expired during the expected duration of Seafarer’s contract.
  • Management information filtered in groups such as: Ranks, Vessels served, manning agents, and various statistical reports.
