App for EVision Foundation to provide full end to end Plant management from site to head office

  • Enhanced Plant Management for  EVision Foundation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
    • The External Plant App is the latest addition to EVision Foundation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Fully integrated with the Core Business Central financials the Plant module will manage individual elements of plant and ensure that the Job ledger correctly records and reconciles all transactions at source.  
  • Mobilise your site team
    • Site teams can now monitor all plant on their sites through the Business Central Cloud interface, meaning deployment is simple and secure with little or no technical intervention. Teams are able to create plant specific orders (subject to workflow approval), receive and off hire plant electronically ensuring that all plant activity is monitored in real-time. 
  • Helping you manage your plant
    • Managers can now view a constantly updated plant work sheet provided through a single, live and interactive web page showing all plant activity. With supporting tasks and prompts, the team are able to take action in the event of overdue plant, or damaged plant sitting on site as well as forward planning plant requirements. The key benefit to your site teams is the ability to quickly resource the site as well as remove plant that is not required to prevent ongoing costs being accrued and charged to job simply due to the fact the team didn't realise it was not off hired. With workflow and a Plant Management enhancement to the user Role centre the team will now be fully in control and Accounts can be certain that plant is being properly accrued each week to review and manage all postings across all jobs when preparing the Management accounts 

Supported Editions: The app supports the Essentials and Premium Editions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.  Supported Countries: United Kingdom (UK): This app is available in English.
