The Dynavision Planning & dispatching extension offers the possibility to register your customers’ delivery date, preferred order date and the days of the week they are closed. Specific holidays can be registered too.

This extra information is used to generate handy contact lists for your account managers or inside sales. These lists tell them which customers they need to contact for taking down their weekly or monthly orders.

Moreover they can quickly take down the orders right from the call list. We’ll generate the orders for you.

These extra dates also pave the way to streamline the planning & dispatching of orders because your warehouse & logistics flows take into account these customer-specific dates.
