The Purchase Requisition Budget Management extended add-on developed by Dhyey Consulting Service Pvt. Ltd. for Microsoft Business Central enables you to setup, create, view, and analyse budgets. It includes budget period, budget control rules, and defines budget cycles for budget amounts and purchase quantities for various source types.

Prerequisite: In order to use this add-on, an Indent management add-on and a Purchase budget management add-on developed by Dhyey Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. are required.

Features:

* Statistics to monitor budget funds that are available for planned and actual purchases and expenditures.

* There are multiple statistical analyses that can aid in the planning of a next purchase budget cycle.

* Analyze and evaluate performance, determine future needs, establish a break-even point, cash flow, and project earnings by using Statistics by Period and Statistics by Months.

* The availability of statistical data includes actual utilization, variance, variance in percent, utilization in percent, and monthly cumulative utilization for budget amount and quantity for each source type and budget cycle.

* Notification regarding budget overrun, budget quantity overrun, and budget amount overrun.

* Notification regarding the budget amount threshold limit being reached.

* Define Purchase Budget period (for example, Fiscal year, Fiscal period, or quarterly).
