AI4CD - Commercial Dashboard

The commercial dashboard aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the company's active needs and their origin, and consequently, which purchases are needed to meet all requirements (for sales orders, production orders, and assembly orders). The dashboard allows you to analyze the purchase proposals automatically calculated by the system and then mass-generate purchasing documents, maintaining or modifying the system proposal.

This tool shows the requirement lines and quantities that can be met by calculating stock and load forecasts.

You can manually enter items to purchase without specifying any requirements document. The "Warehouse Stock" value will be automatically entered in the "Requirement Type" column for these records. In these rows, you can enter the date and quantity (in the "Missing Quantity" field) for which purchase orders will be created.

NB: the warehouse stock lines DO NOT impact on the dashboard's availability and requirement calculations.

All features can be managed from setup, such as choosing the type of sales document, grouping the various requirements by date, the ability to create a purchase line based on multiple requirement lines, and more.

· Requirements Management : Provide a comprehensive view of active requirements within the company to identify necessary purchases.

· Order Analysis and Creation: Analyze purchase proposals automatically generated by the system and mass create of purchasing documents, with the option to modify them.

· Source of requirements : The dashboard shows the origin of requirements (sales orders, production orders, assembly orders) to understand what needs to be purchased.

· Fulfilling requirements : The system calculates how many lines of requirements can be fulfilled, taking into account inventory and load forecasts.

· Warehouse Stock Management : You can manually add items to your warehouse stock to be purchased, making them available for purchase order creation.
