Kick Payroll for Dynamics

Kick Payroll for Dynamics is our new payroll offering for Business Central. This software has been developed as an extension based App for Business Central SaaS and On Premise customers. Kick Payroll for Dynamics is an easy to use UK payroll with the ability to split payroll into multiple companies and submit separately to HMRC, the ability to set up multiple payroll groups with individual payment frequencies and control on which users can access specific groups. Payroll can be calculated by payroll group or individual employee.

A payroll role and role centre have been created to allow a Payroll centric management page with appropriate actions and cue tiles, e.g. showing employees by pay frequency, FPS submissions, HMRC notifications, etc. Kick Payroll 4 Dynamics includes PAYE functionality for recording Scottish, Welsh and the rest of the UK tax bands and calculating tax contributions and NI functionality for setting NI earning limits, NI rates and calculating national insurance contributions, including director contributions on an annual or an account basis.

For employees full personal data recording with GDPR classifications is provided with a full history of all additions, deductions and payments, and analysis by dimensions. Flexible reporting and integration of payroll costs back into the general ledger is provided.
