Keep track of your employees' certificates, trainings, and proofs.
BEYOND Certificates allows you to track the validity period or interval for certificates, trainings, and proofs for your employees in Business Central. The certificates (proofs, etc.) are stored on the Employee card and can be tracked via a matrix or the report function (see screenshots). Expired intervals are highlighted in red color, or a corresponding status icon is displayed.
Due to
the processing of personal and sensitive data, the display of certificates and
proofs of employees can be restricted for users in Business Central. Two user
permission sets are supplied for this purpose. The following descriptions
showcase possible applications of the app.
COVID-19: Protection and Test Documentation
To ensure a safe work environment for your (recovered, tested or vaccinated)
employees, you can introduce regular checks to protocol proofs for stopping the
spread of corona viruses.
Driver’s License Check
If your employees use company vehicles, you should implement driver's license
checks for safety and insurance reasons. You can perform this check monthly,
but also at other intervals to ensure that only employees with a valid driver's
license move the vehicles.
Training and Continuing Education of First Aiders
First aiders in the company must be trained and educated at regular intervals
so that they can provide first aid to an accident victim in an emergency and
thus save lives. You can use the app to track when the first aider(s) need
further training.
Safety Training and Accident Prevention
Companies are required to carry out safety trainings for accident prevention.
These include, for example, instructing employees on the proper use of
machinery, fire prevention measures, etc. You can store the participating
employees for these instructions in Business Central. If you define an
interval, you can see when a new safety training must be conducted.
