Enhanced Company Copy

The Enhanced Company Copy application enables users to efficiently duplicate a company, excluding any existing transactions. The newly created company will retain all static data from the original one while omitting transactional information.

As your business grows, you may need to create a new company in Business Central that is similar to an existing company. The standard copy function will create a copy of the company, but it will also include transaction data in the ledgers. Our application gives you the ability to create a new company without the transactions, but with the same setup data, for example the same chart of accounts, the same vendors and customers and same dimensions. Because there is no transaction data in the new company, you can easily delete any static data that you do not want, for example you can delete the vendors and create new ones. Our app eliminates the need to retain a consultant to build a new company within Business Central using assisted setup and configuration packages which can take hours to complete.
