Aproda Document Capture (ASCDC) can be used to map the following processes:

  • Sales documents and attachments are stored in a long-term archive
  • Shortcut from the role center to the log of the long-term archive
  • Filtering on the template field bank, on the banks of the creditor
  • Additional three approval fields to store fixed approvers per invoice
  • Extension of the purchase order matching to multiple purchase orders (row level)
