Once service orders have been dispatched within your Business Central Environment or in the connected tour planning systems, these service orders are available to your service team on mobile devices.
ABILITY.ServiceApp is divided into 2 components, namely a powerful API that ensures communication between BC and the mobile devices and a compact app that ensures simple, precise and fast processing of service orders. Online and Offline.
Postprocessing, such as invoicing and document dispatch, takes place as usual in your BC Environment.
