Weihan Equipment Management solution to improve assest management and maintenance process

This solution is purposed to imporves effeciency of equipment management. The One-Item Labeling function provides a clear view of the latest equipment data, including equipment status, inspection, repairing and maintenance progress, and reduce the time of responding to device failures.

Key Features:

The Spare Part Management module provides quick status review of equipment maintenance and repairs, as well as real-time requests, inventory movement, stock records and safety stock reminder for spare parts, in order to control usage of spare parts in different aspects and reduce unnecessary consumption.

Various reports visually display the frequency and duration of equipment failures, providing the ability to tap into the value of data, analyze equipment patterns, and transform data into valuable assets.
