Overview - Project Copilot for HR

Day 1 Workshop/assessment with Business decisens makers to identify prioritiezt users, confindential data, HR systems and security status and relevant HR work flows. We take a closer look at your structure in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to get an overview of HR related documents. We also schadule the Security and Data assessment as a next step

Day 2 Deeper security and data evaluation, based on outcome from day 1.

Day 3 Customer Immersion Experience - We implement unique and relevant workflows together in an active demo session. The session is about 2.5 hours long and all participants are involved hand on. You get to experience how Copilot for HR works in real life scenarios. We also conduct a training for project managers and decision-makers on how the solution is set up and works

Day 4 Starting implementation of the security feature in Microsoft 365. Information protection, proper access to confidential data and adjustment of Microsoft Teams structure if necessary. Connects to Copilot licenses and ensures correct access in SharePoint Online document library

Day 5 Copilot for HR is live. We support users and technical staff with questions and any challenges. We are available both online and onsite. We also provide the opportunity for user training on this day
