Scope of Work:

• Overview of Microsoft Entra ID Solution
• Develop template assessments for each product and policy
• Define requirements (client, network, firewall, policy, etc.)
• Implement Identity Protection with Microsoft Entra ID Protection, including sign-in risk and user risk policies with Risk base conditional access
• Implement Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Access Reviews
• Create and configure Conditional Access policies to manage and control access
• Implement Identity Governance with features such as Lifecycle Workflows and Entitlement Management
• Establish Entitlement Management to automate access request workflows, access assignments, reviews, and expiration
• Conduct training and walkthroughs on Security Management with Microsoft Entra ID features
• Tune and adjust policies to align with business expectations
• Monitor and manage dashboards and reports
• Conduct a pilot program for 10-20 users
