• Assessment of business requirements
• Designing the ideal workplace environment
• Creation of Microsoft 365 tenant
• Addition of licenses & custom domain
• User creation & setting up user devices
• Configuration of Microsoft 365 productivity services (Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive configuration)
• Configuration of security tools and policies (device/application management, data encryption, MFA and much more)

• Tier 2 and 3 Remote Support
• 8x5x365 Break-fix support
• 8x5x365 Change Management and Enhancements (evergreen)
• Regular Health and Performance Monitoring
• Capacity Planning and Cost optimization
• Account Management

Commercials:

• All-inclusive monthly fee of €750 for up to 15 users
• Additional users charged at €35 per user per month
• Organisations of over 50 users should contact us directly for a custom package
• Tier 1 helpdesk support services and 24x7 breakdown support services may be added as an add-on
• Power Platform and Viva services and licenses available as add-ons

• Service only available for M365 Business Premium, EMS E3/5, M365 E3/5
• Email and file migration is not included
• Microsoft 365 subscriptions are not included
• Minimum commitment is 36months
