Our recommended settings (Best Practice) for Windows and Office will make end user working experience smooth and more efficient.
Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
With Intune managed devices, your employees are provided with access to corporate applications and company data from anywhere. Information is kept secure and local copy will be wiped if device is being retired in cases like employee leaves the company or device is stolen. Windows devices can be fully managed and monitored online with modern security and management solutions.
Simplify your infrastructure
By applying Intune and Autopilot, work and cost of deploying and managing endpoints is reduced. For enterprises with their own Active Directory and SCCM infrastructure, it is now possible to minimize the managed components, like getting rid of Image and Driver management and finally to shut down on-prem servers.

Requirements
Cloud-managed infrastructure, like Azure, Microsoft 365 and Intune has specific license requirements. If not bundled in the license you use at the moment, minimum license for 1 User to get basic features from Intune is for 5 devices ~$22.

Plans
- Day 1 – Interviewing customer previous experience of current endpoint status, analyzing the previous setup and planning new configuration to desire state
- Day 2 – Creating Intune and Autopilot infrastructure for Windows and implementing Telia Best Practise (recommended settings).
- Day 3 – Packaging and wraping up 2 desired applications* for Autopilot testing.
- Day 4 – Testing Windows Autopilot Setup by Telia specialist and hardware
- Day 5 – Finalizing results and prepare for pilot
- Day 6** – Implementing Defender for Endpoint as security monitoring solution and onboarding devices.
- Day 7** – Applying Security baselines for Windows, Defender Security and analyzing new monitoring results
* Only 2 applications are covered in 5 days work. More applications can be ordered for Intune packaging with extra costs
** Security becomes more and more important every day, but including modern cloud security technologies and monitoring is not mandatory in this purchase.
