We use Microsoft Teams Direct Routing to turn Teams into a real all-in digital workplace that allows customers to make and receive calls directly from Teams. We do this by connecting your Microsoft Teams to the public phone network (PSTN) through certified Session Border Controllers (SBCs). Depending on your existing working environment and/or needs we have different interconnection scenarios:

Shared SBC:

• The SBC is hosted and managed in a datacenter at Telenet • Cost efficiënt • Redundant setup • No on-premise hardware with ability to Scale on Demand • Faster delivery time

Dedicated SBC:

• A private SBC on prem (Customer SBC) or hosted in our datacenter (hosted SBC) • Integration with on-prem and SIP Trunks possible • You can choose to take new phone numbers or keep your existing phone numbers from your existing provider with the on prem SBC
