You can choose one of the templates, and we will deploy it in your environment with your company branding Theme to kickstart Viva Connection Landing Site with Minimum Viable Components. You can add your own content to the built template and get the site in to go-live within 3 weeks.

Agenda for the 3-week Implementation:

Week 1: Choosing the Template to deploy. Environment Analysis & Planning Phase (Gathering needed content to fill up the template) · Verify pre-requisites for MIcrosoft Viva Connections Deployment.

Week 2: Viva Connections Setup · Prepare intranet navigation design and content· Designate a home site in SharePoint · Enable the SharePoint app bar and customize global navigation · Creating Dashboard, add cards, and apply audience targeting in SharePoint · Configuring Feed with SharePoint news and Yammer · Enable the Viva Connections app in the Microsoft Teams admin center · Create a Dashboard and add cards · Viva Connections app in the Teams Admin Center · Embed Video news links in the Viva Connections Feed.

Week 3: Viva Connections basic customizations · Creating a site collection from SharePoint template selected by customer · Branding of the site (including webparts and template colors) · Configuring a news framework (for example, news posts, audience targeting, and Yammer integration) · Go-Live of the Viva Connection Site · End User Training
