Microsoft Teams Voice is Microsoft's cloud-based phone system for Microsoft Office 365. Essential for transitioning to a Modern Work environment, the system can be used from your mobile, desk phone or computer.

Switch Connect’s experts will capture your business objectives and requirements and then develop and provide a proof of concept for Microsoft Teams Voice Systems functionality for up to 10 Users showcasing how Microsoft Teams calling can transform how you communicate as a business.

The Proof of Concept will include the configuration of Operator Connect, assignment of temporary phone numbers for your users, voicemail, a sample call tree to evaluate, and user training for these services. Where possible Switch Connect will also leverage funding and licensing from Microsoft for the POC. Partner-led engagement to help customers experience the vision for Microsoft Teams Phone and calling capabilities to meet customer needs and business priorities.

This will help you evaluate calling features without any impact on your existing telephony systems. What's more, we will have you up and running within a month! With connectivity to PSTN included: outbound calls, inbound, and geographical DID, through Switch Connect we are giving the opportunity to test calling capabilities for 10 or more users for 30 days.

During a POC workshop, user criteria scenarios will be created and sign off of the POC will be based on these scenarios being fulfilled successfully.
