Power Platform Governance Fundamentals

In this package we cover the most critical concepts of Power Platform:

• Access control and sharing
• Data Loss Prevention policies (DLP)
• Environments and environment strategy
• Center of Excellence Starter-Kit

Workshop is intended for organizations that need the first step in Power Platform governance but don't want to commit too much resources to it in this phase. In this work package we meet a few times, asses current usage of the platform and provide concrete steps how to fix most crucial usability and security issues.

Deliverable is concrete list of actions (with guidance how to do it) and also assesment of current use.

This package is designed for situations where Power Platform is in use in the organization but no governance actions has been done earlier and basic concepts need to be set up fast. This package will not replace the need of proper governance plan in longer run.
