• Plan for either a more detailed migration analysis or execute your migration project

Assessment Components:

• Functional Evaluation - The functional assessment examines your current business processes and determines how you might most benefit from the new capabilities and enhancements available in Dynamics 365 cloud.
• Technical Evaluation - During the technical assessment, the Sikich identifies the current technical architecture and evaluates different modernization options.
• Recommendation and Next Steps

Timeline: This process will take 1-to-2-day workshop to complete in conjunction with the end client. Sikich will then prepare recommendation and next steps as a follow up to this workshop.
