Information Governance: 6-days assessment

Resilient's Information Governance Assessment helps organization to define a journey to improve the maturity on data security. In this assessment, you will get a good understanding how Microsoft information protection, sensitivity labels and data loss prevention policies can help you to meet your compliancy requirements. Our assessment identifies the business needs, compliancy requirements and maps these to our reference architecture built on the Microsoft Information Governance platform. 

• Day 1: Kick-Off meeting to inform stakeholders on the approach, planning and requirements
• Day 2: Legal Workshop to discuss legal requirements specific for your company and identify how eDiscovery and insider risk management can address legal business challenges
• Day 3: Functional Workshop with business department(s) working with critical data within your organization. In these workshops, we get an insight in how your business is handling data and what their needs are. This information allows us to identify possible sensitivity labels, and how data trainable classifiers can be used to categorize and label this information. 
• Day 4: Technical Workshop to understand your information management landscape and what the requirements from a technical point of view are to protect your data, based on sensitivity labels and the Microsoft Information Protection technology. 
• Day 5: Envisioning workshop to get a better view from different angles on how you as an organization can work around data loss prevention and how the Microsoft Information Governance platform can be integrated in your collaboration platform based on Office 365.
• Day 6: Conclusion workshop to present the findings and the path forward to increase the to start your journey towards a more resilient information management, built on technologies like Microsoft Information Protection, Insider Risk Management, eDiscovery, and the Compliance Center.

The result is a tailor-made roadmap to start your information governance project, leveraging the Microsoft 365 security platform.
