PHATaccelerate - Our approach and added value

In a discovery workshop, we work together with the client and the various stakeholders (e.g. HR, sales, executives, IT) to determine the governance requirements along jointly identified business use-cases. We speak the language of business and IT and connect the needs of all stakeholders. Our experience enables us to shorten the time-to-market of our own apps and to bring speed to process changes or innovations. Together we develop a vision for the (power platform) governance and application architecture. We accompany all phases of the implementation with communication and consulting measures - from the exploration workshop to the piloting to the roll-out of the first applications - including a strong focus on the users to shape adoption and change programms. *Price and duration of the implementation are to be agreed individually, variable according to customer requirements.
