Purpose: • To determine the most effective way to upgrade/migrate from existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM/AX to the latest version of Dynamics 365. • Provision the necessary details to the client to evaluate and perform a well-planned transition. • Discover the capabilities of Microsoft 365 Solutions like Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Customer Service etc.

Agenda: • Day 1: Identify project objectives, scope and boundaries and prepare for Kick off. • Day 2 & 3: Understand As-Is processes, business challenges, and system opportunities. • Day 4, 5 & 6: Technical and functional assessment. • Day 7: Presenting Recommendation on upgrade / migration.

Deliverable: The offering provides clients with a clear, outcome-based recommendation report which provides future steps to be taken in their upgradation Journey.
