Orange Romania Direct Routing service with Business Talk Lounge enables PSTN calling directly from Microsoft Teams and is simplifying your company operations by reducing cost with a single provider.

The solutions eliminates onsite equipment by leveraging Orange cloud-based architecture. Microsoft Teams enables digital voice and users can call wherever they are with maximum flexibility and control.

We are offering a POC solution for a period of about 4 to 8 weeks, based on customer scenarios and use cases. Orange consultants will capture the business objectives and create a plan to get from “where your organization is today” to “where your organization wants to go” in the Microsoft 365 journey. Orange will help evaluate calling features, connectivity to PSTN, outbound calls, inbound, geographical DID. Through Orange Business Talk Lounge we will give the opportunity to make calls for 10 or more users with 10 simultaneous channels and more based on the company needs.

How the standard implementation process is:

  • Week 1: customer assessment for fixed voice telephony, no of users, existing infrastructure, cloud dedicated or on-premise solution
  • Week 2: customer IT infrastructure start assessment planning and design
  • Week 3: internal ORO alignment for solution, request for proposal and P&L
  • Week 4: customer validation of solution both technical and commercial
  • Week 5: start implementation and deploy services
  • Week 6: final implementation and UAT
  • Week 7: Testing for a defined no of customer users
  • Week 8: POC sign off

Please note that the implementation and the cost are dependant on customers' infrastructure and size
