Power Apps Discovery and Design Implementation

The Custom Power Apps (Canvas App) Development Service is a Discover, Design, Deliver and Drive engagement that delivers a bespoke Canvas Power App to a client.

This Discovery and Design phase is the first part of the engagement and is a 5 day engagement.

The Discovery and Design process will achieve the following:

• Understanding the current business process(es) and the associated issues and pain points

• Designing the future state business processes, and translating this within the Microsoft stack, leveraging Power Apps technology

• Designing the underlying data and security model

• Designing the ideal User Experience

The end of the Discovery and Design process will culminate in a high-level solution design and an associated formal proposal for the implementation effort, including application build and relevant associated services such as training, change management, testing and project management.

Following the Discovery and Design, the optional Delivery component uses SOCO’s Scrum methodology, harnessing two-week sprints with a showcase at the end of each sprint to ensure successful delivery.

Drive is an optional support package that is recommended to all customers. This process falls outside the scope of this service.
