The purpose of this service offering is to determine the readiness of your Business Central online solution before upgrading according to the Microsoft upgrade cycle

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is offered as SaaS (Software as a Service). This means that Microsoft operates and updates the solution in their cloud. Upgrading takes place in practice 12 times a year. Two major upgrades will be released in April and October, so-called major upgrades. The remaining ten upgrades are basically smaller updates with small improvements, called minor upgrades. Most Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customer solutions consists of standard functionality mixed with apps, extentions and integrations to meet any customers requirements. All this has to be taken in to consideration when upgrading to future versions of Business Central, to ensure that Business Central, incl. installed apps, customer-specific customizations and integrations continue to work after Microsoft completes an update. The scope for this service offering is to make a ready assessment of your complete Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Cloud solution and give guidance to solve any problems found. The service consist of: Review of customer-specific customizations and integrations Assessment of structure and quality in the code Assessment of the scope of automated tests Review of installed Apps
