Our SharePoint assessment service is targeted at customers who are in transition from File System other CMS platforms to Microsoft SharePoint.

  • Day 1: conduct interviews with key customer experts onsite or remote
  • Day 2: prepare documentation / environmental report and platform or license readiness. (We assume availability of the documented business processes)   At the conclusion of the engagement, you will receive the following:
  • List of data marked for migration
  • List and amount of required resources
  • Project work plan
  • Slide presentation of diagnostics results and project concepts
  • Draft System Implementation Agreement
  • Draft Agreement for the support and development of the system
