Workshop Outline

On a high level, the activities for the Teams Apps and Solutions Workshop engagement can be grouped into the following phases which are delivered over a two-week period:

• Week 1 – Assess/Art of the Possible
  Pre-engagement Kickoff
  Introduction to Teams Platform
  Art of the Possible Kickoff
  Complete presentations and guided demos
• Week 2 – Build the plan
  Complete the report and recommendations document
  Present findings to the customer
