2-Month engagement that will help you structure your Microsoft 365 productivity system and educate your employees to better use all the tools they have at their disposal.
The main goal of this engagement is to ensure that the customer has a personal and team productivity system in place fitted to bring the most value to the business. This includes Microsoft 365 system optimisation and employee education.
All parts of the engagement (as described below) will be delivered in close collaboration with the Customer. We believe that, for the successful delivery of this engagement, we need the active participation of all stakeholders. The interactive part of this engagement will take place in the business space of the Customer, or online via Microsoft Teams collaboration tools.
Nephos will shape delivery methods and end results to create a base-ground on the Customer side to proceed with automating all internal processes*. This will be done via workshops, individual work by Nephos, testing phase with the Customer and overall education. Together, we will take 1 business process as an example and automate it end to end.
As part of the engagement, Nephos will conduct a series of educational workshops on the topic of Microsoft 365 productivity that will be delivered via online collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams) and will be recorded for the later re-usage by the Customer.
*Scope of automation for the internal processes depends on the capabilities of Microsoft Power Automate and your general IT stack.
