As this is a hosted solution provided by NBConsult, the amount of setup required is minimal. The required setup is to configure Client’s Office 365 tenant and connect the tenant to NBConsult’s SBC. NBConsult will also configure PBX extensions and assign them to Teams users. IN SCOPE • Applying required Office 365 licensing to Client Office 365 tenant • Configuration of Clients Office 365 tenant to allow for Teams Direct Routing • Adding Client domain certificate to NBConsult’s SBC • Provision of PBX extensions for Teams users on NBConsult’s PBX • PBX Features: o Internal extensions o Initial IVR setup o Call Forwarding
