Viva Insights - 2-Weeks Workshop

Microsoft Viva is an employee platform in Teams that empowers users and teams to do their best by bringing together communications, information, learning processes, and insights in a daily and collaborative flow.

Microsoft Viva Insights consists of 2 weeks and 2 modules. These;

1.Week 1.Days• Viva Connections o Viva Connections is a solution application for employees that brings the company brand to the fore in Teams. It offers flexible working experience with personalized news, communications, tasks, contacts and resources. Team leaders communicate and interact with their employees, while employees can easily access the tools and resources they need in one place. It also builds on existing capabilities in Microsoft 365 such as Connections, SharePoint, and Yammer. 2.Days• Viva Insights o Viva Insights provides individuals, executives and leaders with personalized insights that help everyone within the company improve. It also provides detailed reports by bringing together personal health experiences, insights, recommended actions from Workplace Analytics and MyAnalytics, and the workflows of people in Microsoft Teams. o At the same time, it provides support for the productivity and personal development of the employees. "Viva Insights", which gives daily advice to users only accessible to them, helps users to take breaks from work regularly and at the right time, to create time to focus on work at the right time, and to strengthen their relations with colleagues, and acts as a kind of personal assistant undertakes. 2.Week 3.Days• Viva Learning o Viva Learning enables employees to easily discover and share learning in their workflow processes. LinkedIn Learning, Microsoft Learn, and 3rd Party (Skillsoft, Coursera, Pluralsight, and edX) training content or in-house training aggregates in one place. In addition to collecting and providing recommendations, it allows administrators to assign and track training, as well as report on training within and between teams. 4.Days• Viva Topics o Viva Topics, you can think of Viva Topics as a Wikipedia with artificial intelligence powers for your company. When you come across an unfamiliar topic or abbreviation, just hover over it. You don't need to look for information – because information will find you anyway. Viva Topics automatically shows topic cards as people work in apps like Office, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams. When employees click on a card, a topic page opens with documents, videos, and contacts. Experts at the company can also help organize the information displayed on Viva Topics by sharing information through simple, highly customizable websites called Topics Pages.
