Course Objectives: After the course, the participant will be able to: • Perform administrative tasks in the Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 admin center • Assign licensing and create users • Configure various phone features • Configuring the Session Border Controller as an example • Using a PBX with Microsoft Teams • Administer different routings for individual customer requirements

Preconditions: • Technician with Microsoft, PBX and SBC basic knowledge • Notebook with admin rights
