IT RBLS offers a 3-week proof of concept project to demonstrate Power Platform's value
The IT RBLS-proof of concept project is a three-week engagement designed to demonstrate the value of the Microsoft Power Platform for solving specific business challenges. During this project, our team of experts will work closely with your organization to understand your unique needs and develop a custom solution using the Power Platform. It is important to note that the solution developed during this project is intended for demonstration and evaluation purposes only and not for production usage.
The project will begin with a kickoff meeting, where we will discuss your business challenges and objectives, and gather any necessary information. Additionally, during this meeting, we will analyze the business process for which the Power platform solution will be used. This analysis will result in a design of the business process in Visio, which will be shared with you.
In the first week, our team will use the process design and create an entity relationship diagram. This will be the data model in which the Power Platform solution will be built. We will also demonstrate the solution during a presentation and demonstration at the end of the first week.
In the second week, our team will work on fine-tuning the solution, incorporating any feedback, and making any necessary adjustments. We will demonstrate the solution to your staff in order to involve them in the design process, this way they will have a better understanding of the solution.
During the final week, our team will work with you to test and deploy the solution, and provide any necessary support to ensure a smooth transition. We will also schedule a final review meeting to discuss the results and future opportunities to improve your business processes.
At the end of the project, you will have a working solution that has been designed and developed specifically to meet your business needs, and you will have a clear understanding of the benefits and capabilities of the Microsoft Power Platform. This will give you the confidence to make informed decisions about how to best leverage the platform in the future to improve your business operations.
