  • Networking and environment considerations
  • Assessment of meeting room spaces

• Workshop: Teams Meeting Room Device Selection and AV Considerations
  • Overview of Microsoft Teams Room and Surface Hub devices and options
  • Selection of suitable devices for initial room rollout
  • AV considerations and remediation required to support initial Teams meeting room rollout

• Develop Bill of Materials for Room Deployment
  • Microsoft Teams Room
  • Surface Hub
  • Additional AV treatment\services (as required)
