Microsoft 365 Copilot Adoption

We will work closely with your team to accomplish the following: • Understand and address security, data, and deployment risks prior to implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot. • Technical enablement of Microsoft 365 Copilot in alignment with Microsoft best practices. • Build user enablement community for continuous adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot. • Identify how Copilot will help you effectively achieve business outcomes. • Ongoing envisioning and review sessions to measure success and Return on Investment (ROI).

Technical Enablement We will perform the following technical enablement tasks: • Licensing prerequisite validation and Copilot procurement support • Technical support and strategies for desktop app requirements enablement • Strategies for data cleanup and/or migration • Assist with enablement of pilot, champion, and general user groups

Adoption Enablement and Support Tailored adoption plan & support, including the following: • Customized engagement plan, including: • Development of a communication strategy and campaign • Create community for knowledge sharing among Microsoft 365 Copilot champions • Identify personas and business outcomes • Customized adoption training for identified personas within your organization • Sessions around topics such as the following: • Introduction to Microsoft 365 Copilot and Art of the Possible • Use case examples by persona • Continue to advance sessions as user skill increases and new features are released • The skill of AI prompt engineering and meta prompt training • Continuous adoption support, including: • Office hours/Ask an Expert, adoption reviews, feedback, feature
