Using our BYOD Accelerator, you can safeguard the security of your company data without having to manage your employees’ personal devices. Your company data is secure in all Microsoft Office 365 (apps and supported third-party apps) without you having to manage employee devices to achieve this. Our established Accelerator method backed up by HS Data Microsoft 365 experts, consists of four stages: Stage 1: Requirements Assessment: Conduct workshops with representatives from various departments in your company such as IT, Security, Compliance and HR to establish functionality, security and compliance requirements. Stage 2: Data Access Standards Development: Establish required access to company data and required controls for different personas in your company. This will be based on employee role, function and/or level, required data access and sensitivity of the data. Stage 3: Policy Development: Develop a policy for your organization detailing acceptable usage for company data using personal devices taking into consideration identified requirements and data access standards. Stage 4: Intune Pilot Implementation: Our Intune experts will apply the appropriate configuration settings in Intune and Azure Active Directory to enforce the policy and data access standards.
