Implement Finance in Dynamics 365 Business Central using the GoPro's financial package, which allows you to integrate a general ledger with all transactions, manage financial operations, reconcile bank transactions, record transactions in multiple currencies, and ensure consistency between analytical and synthetic accounting evidence.

The Finance package consists of Serbian Localization and the additional functionalities:

    Chart of Accounts

    With Dynamics 365 Business Central, you get your own chart of accounts, which is adapted to the chart of accounts framework as the standard for the local market. This way, you ensure uniformity within your company regarding transaction posting, reconciliation of individual records with the general ledger, and posting of transactions essential for finalizing the business result.

    General Ledger and Journal Entries

    The general ledger, as the central location for accounting events, is aligned with all analytical records such as receivables, inventory, liabilities, fixed assets, and VAT. Journal entries can be saved as templates for recurring transactions, which can be used for accruals.

    Dimensions

    Dimensions provide the ability to assign certain attributes to transactions, which are important for tracking your business operations. The most commonly used dimensions are market, cost center, and sales channel. Based on these, you can track your activities in real-time reports according to the parameters important to you.

    Liabilities Management

    The ability to post invoices and approvals across multiple dimensions, link with advance payments, and automatically reverse entries in the general ledger on liability and advance accounts, with the appropriate VAT records generated.

    Receivables Management

    Just as with liabilities, when posting invoices and approvals, entries are automatically generated for posting in the general ledger and corresponding analytical records. In real-time, you can track the aging of your receivables.

    NBS Integration

    The integration with the National Bank of Serbia allows you to load exchange rates daily, import active bank accounts, and general information about your business partners.

    VAT & Tax Reporting (PDV-POPDV)

    All transactions that impact VAT are automatically recorded in the VAT books when posted. VAT checks are available immediately upon posting a transaction, along with the creation of VAT records, review of VAT calculations for a specific period, and the ability to load tax returns to the Tax Administration.

    Fixed Assets

    Alignment of fixed assets’ analytical records with accounting. The ability to track the movement of fixed assets by location. You can calculate depreciation for accounting and tax purposes and generate forms for tax depreciation.

    E-banking

    Dynamics 365 Business Central is integrated with payment software—based on the bank account and reference numbers, you can generate payments. It allows the loading of bank statements without manual input, and automatic reconciliation of payments with open customer and supplier invoices.
