Frontline workers - one digital workforce; 1-wk proof of concept

Globeteams "Frontline workers - one digital workforce; 1-wk proof of concept" is a proof of concept and MVP approach, used for finding digitalization use-cases with in the organisation. In this offer we focus on frontline workers, but the framework can be used for all types of workforce and their digitalization journey.

The technical platform will be based on standard Microsoft 365 services and Power Platform for automation and development of Apps. The key services that are used are:

• Microsoft Azure AD and Multifactor Authentication to secure identity
• Microsoft Intune for device management of the frontline workers devices
• Microsoft Teams as a central hub for applications, collaboration and communication
• Microsoft PowerPlatform for low-code application platform, automation and virtual agents all integrated into Microsoft Teams.
• Other Microsoft 365 Services depending on the usecases.

The proof of concept guides you through the different phases of a digitalization agenda: from building the usecases, to defining the technical solution based on the usecases, and building the businesscase. We also help with implementation of the selected solutions, ensuring great business value and a proven usecase for the business, while capturing lessons learned and input for new usecases.

The deliverables in this 1 week proof of concept are:

• VISION workshop, where the desired outcome is presented
• IDIATION where the usecases are build and prioritized
• ANALYSIS of existing environment and what changes are needed for the usecases
• MINIMAL VIABLE PRODUCT* where we implement the solution in reduced scope to test if the usecase is valid. *estimate will depend on which technical solutions needed for the MVP, the usecase and scope.
