Free Microsoft Teams Rooms. 2w implementation

Rapid Rooms is an initiative to set up two Microsoft Teams Rooms for free for qualifying customers. Includes meeting room equipment from participating OEMs and installation by Generation-e allowing you to leverage your investment in Microsoft 365.

This offer is to help you understand the real value of Microsoft Teams Rooms when setup correctly in your business. Customers who get great experiences will buy more and we want you to buy them from us. Note rooms must be installed before June 15, 2022

Depending on the type of installation, customers may incur additional costs, such as display hardware (if not provided), input switching, or custom AV control devices, room modifications or cabling.

Room sizes? Small & medium meeting rooms. Exec/board rooms are excluded. The offer is valid for two rooms at one location

Customers must have no Microsoft Teams Rooms in their Office 365 tenant.

Select from pre-configured room kits for small and medium rooms Teams Rooms on Windows or Teams Rooms on Android are available Room kits must be from a single manufacturer

When we conduct the initial workshops with you, there may be things you want that are outside of this offer. These will be quoted before we commence so that you can provide a purchase order to Generation-e for them. E.g. change management, training, additional displays or additional locations.

Customer Requirements. -2x Meeting Spaces in Australia or New Zealand -Power & Data at Table, -Power & Data at Front of Room, -Existing large format display -Customer must provide the Teams Rooms Standard or Rooms Premium licences (paid or trial licenses can be used). -Customer must participate in assessment workshops and provide access to Office 365 tenant and physical locations. -An executive sponsor commitment to expand to at least 25 Teams Rooms in the following 6 months after the initial 2-room deployment.
